Puppies from each litter are listed on the Health page with links to the dogs that reside at Savanna Farm, have been used in our breeding program, or for whom we have frozen semen. These dogs are listed on the "On Ice" page and we will entertain possible pairing with appropriate bitches..

Each breeding is undertaken with the goal of producing good, correct structure and exemplary temperament and health. Health is a concern and each breeding pair is researched, and information is shared with prospective puppy owners.

No breeding is without risk. It is our opinion that each prospective owner can decide about the risk they are willing to take once they are provided with candid, forthcoming information about both sides of the pedigree as we know it.

We have lived with Belgians that seized. We have had a dysplastic dog and others who died of cancer. It is a heartbreak and although we strive to avoid these problems in our breeding program, we are not foolish enough to believe that they will never happen. That is why we promise in heart, word and deed that if a puppy we produce has health issues, we will stand with the puppy's owners to help them deal with the heartbreak.
